Ballet flats are definitely a trending fashion statement. Whether it is a casual outfit or a party look, a classy pair of ballet flats are great for complimenting the look.

DIY Tinted Lip Balm!!

Are you the kind of person who applies chap stick every
two minutes and loves to have their lips look hydrated and poppy? Well, I'm like that too. Buying lip balm can cost you some bucks, so why buy when you can make it at home? This DIY is super easy and lasts for years.

So, let's get staaarted!

Material you will need:

Things you will need

1. 1 tsp Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline) or Beeswax

2. Lipstick or blush (any color of your choice)

3. Vanilla essence (few drops for flavour)

4. Olive oil (optional)

5. Toothpick

6. Container

7. Heat proof bowl

Steps:

#1 Start by melting your petroleum jelly or wax. I prefer using Vaseline than wax since, it is something everybody has at home. Heat it up in a microwave for about 30 seconds at the highest temperature.

#2 Stir well. Add lipstick or blush. I added both for a bright pink color. Make sure you add it generously because the color becomes slightly lighter later.

#3 Add a few drops of vanilla essence for flavor.

#4 Once the base has changed it color makes sure your stir well so there are no globules of vanilla or lipstick.

#5 Pour the liquid when hot in the container before it solidifies.

#6 Place the container in the fridge for about an hour or two and your lip balm is ready!

A glossy pink color!

I hope you enjoyed the blog post this week! Try the DIY and send me pictures of it on Instagram.
I'll be back next week with another fabulous blog post! Till then, stay stylish :-)

Makeup Haul and Review!

I want to begin by wishing all the readers a very happy and glamorous new year! Last week, I bought some makeup products and thought of doing a haul. Along with that I will also be reviewing it so you guys know exactly which product is worth the money! Let's get staaarted!

#1 Mac studio fix powder plus foundation:

Review: I'm not the person who applies foundation everyday, so such a product allows me to do so. It's small so easy to carry and definitely any time touch up product. I love the little mirror and sponge too. Although it gives a very natural look, on the downside it does not give high coverage. For all those who feel this product is going to cover up your acne or blemishes, applying this over your concealer would be a better idea. Overall, it's a product you can trust (since it's MAC of course!) and can be used in various different ways but, very expensive.

Tip!! Make your brush a little damp with the help of water and apply like a foundation!

#2 Garnier B.B cream :

B.B creams are a must have since it saves plenty of time. It moisturizes your skin, protects you from the sun (contains spf 24) and also gives you an even tone. This product can be a no-no for oily/combination skin type but it blends like magic for dry skin people so it depends on your skin type and preference. Although it does not work for the under eye area. It gives a natural look since the color is perfect for tan Indian skin and smells like heaven! Overall: Perfect for an everyday, natural, even toned skin look and trust me, it saves plenty of time! Really affordable too.

Tip!! Cleanse your skin perfectly before applying it and apply in a circular motion.

#3 Hyper glossy liquid liner by Mabelline.

Review: This liquid eye liner is easy to apply and takes a minute be absolutely dry. It is smudge free. It is also easy to remove. As the name suggests it gives me a really good glossy finish too. Along with that it is a good buy. Highly recommend it.

#4 Mac eye shadow in the shade brown frost:

Review: An absolute favorite for a natural yet fancy look! I'm absolutely in love with the color which is a beautiful neutral color and at the same time shiny. It is perfect for neutral smokey eyes as an eyelid color. The price should definetely be lowered.

#5 Estee Lauder Fuchsia Fever (60) Pure color lipstick.

Review: This is one color that I spot every celebrity wearing. Whether it's an everyday makeup or a party makeup it looks perfect! Love the shade and it's versatility. Grab one for it is the latest trend. It is really long lasting and at times difficult to remove too.Tip!! Mix a darker shade for a more subtle look.

#5 Eye tatoo liner by CHAMBOR

Review: This is one product that I was dissapointed with. Although it was meant to be waterproof and smudge free, it fulfills none of the promises. It is not long lasting and can spread very easily. It is perfect for using it for a short span of time for a smudgy and edgy look.

Tip!! Use a cotton bud for an amazing smokey smudgy look.
