Mild Winters #OOTD

Hello to all my gorgeous readers! Hope you'll had a great Christmas with lots of joy surrounded by your loved ones. So here's the last post of 2016 which makes me nostalgic and happy at the same time. The year flew seamlessly and hell yeah it's been quite a ride! As far as JustJilaniThingsblog, I'm very content with it's progress and really wish that our community grows bigger and better in the coming year of 2017. This year I got to collaborate with some amazing companies, met some fabulous souls and made more unforgettable memories with old friends and family. Really grateful for all the endevours and super pumped up to celebrate New Year's eve. I'm going to end this oh-so-senti rant now and move on to talk about this post.

Although I'm a hardcore Bombay girl, the only thing that is a big turn off for me is it's winter season which to be honest is non-existent! Nevertheless the evenings tend to become a little chilly which urges me to unfold my winter garments that have been unused for a predominant amount of time around the year. I wanted to therefore share this impromptu photo shoot that my sister shot at South Bombay, have a look!

The Boho Edit

It's almost the end of the year and I'm getting super excited to celebrate the year 2016. Since the past few weeks I've been worked up with exams which explains why I've been inactive, but finally i get to share this post that I shot a few weeks ago in collaboration with Qtrove. Genuinely, I was blown away by the wide range of collection at Qtrove ranging from fashion related pieces to home decor. Definetly check out their website for some quirky stuff. I chose this tan fringe bag that I really wanted to get my hands on for a while. It is very bohemian and goes well with both western as well as Indian looks. Here is how I styled it!

Black & Gold

The countdown has officially begun! Christmas and New Year's eve is right around the corner and I can't wait for all the festival shenanigans to begin. Of course, with loads of festivities comes loads of parties and get togethers which means you need to get your styling game right! The last thing you want to do is repeat outfits, but that's a real struggle considering you don't want to be bankrupt in 2017. Don't worry though, because renting is always a great option. I recently discovered "Liberent" which is an online fashion renting website and I am totally obsessing over their range! You can rent fashionable pieces at really reasonable prices which an efficient way to look stylish all the time. Do check out their website and social media. Here's how I styled their Black and Gold dress. I kept the look very simple to make the dress stand out and just added a little bling with my statement gold tassle earrings and strappy heels. Scroll further for the entire look.

Dress: Rented on Liberent, Heels: Inch.5,
Watch: Fossil, Earrings: Poonam boutique, Sunnies: Tiffany & co.
