Neesh perfumes review

Hello everybody, hope everyone's having a kick ass day whilst reading this! So I've pretty much been on a review spree for the past month and this week I thought of talking about my new favorite carry on essential. It was super kind of Neesh to send some of their products for me to review. So here's my honest review of these perfumes, keep reading!

About Neesh & it's claims:

Neesh is a unique company with international packaging that is launching in all sates of India. It offers a delightful aromatic experience through it's products which uses natural and organic ingredients. It's main USP is that it lasts up to 12 hours, it's 20 ml pik pack contains 400 sprays and the pik pack fits in every pocket apart from containing very high quality fragrances. Let's dive into the review!

 What I like:

> Packaging: The perfume is encased in a compact pocket size container and it can be carried almost anywhere. It is perfect for travel, school, college, work or even if you're heading for a party. It can easily fit into your pocket or purse and serves as a great carry on.

> Affordability: The 20 ml perfume is available for Rs.340 which according to me is a great deal. It is a great option for gifting purposes as well.

> Unique scents: So I received two strong flavored scents called "Zaafran e Hindustan" and "Oud de Venice" The flavors give an attar feel and if you've read my previous posts

The first scent, which is personally my favorite contains a floral hint because of the rose and saffron, is definitely spicy because of the cinnamon and cardamom and to finish it off, it has a base note of amber which adds a gorgeous deep scent for that subtle evening fragrance.

The second scent is a bit more on the stronger note and no doubt exotic! The Iran saffron and dark rose along with the unique hint of musk and amber make it a perfect pick for fierce perfume lovers.

> Natural, fresh & organic ingredients: As mentioned above, the ingredients are super natural and have an Indian flavor which truly wins my heart.

What I don't like:

> Isn't long lasting: If you're going to use this for a day out at least three sprays will be required to smell fresh throughout the day. Of course, it's strong fragrances are noticeable, but it definitely doesn't last up to 12 hours.

All in all it is a winner for me. Great purchase if you're looking for unique, organic scents that are travel friendly and worth the price. Let me know if you liked the review and leave comments of any other product you want me to review in particular! Have a cracking day :D

Best of September '16 #celebspiration

Hello all of you, how's Tuesday treating you? We all love a dose of celeb style for inspiration and styling purposes and here's why I bring to you the best of fashion of this month. With NYFW and a lot of festivities around this month, I bring to you my favorite celebrity spotting just off Instagram! Let me know what was your favorite look. Let's get into it!

> Priyanka Chopra at #NYFW
PC pretty much slayed at the New York Fashion show with her high fashion choices. At both the days she flaunted two very different style from stripes to blingy florals. She kept it very simple with the accesories, makeup and hair and made her outfits shine.

> Shraddha Kapoor
Leather is back and how! Love the khaki green leather skirt which compliments the lace top with ease. This super sexy outfit looks great with the dewy makeup and messy hair. The lace heels finish off this look on a high note.

> Katrina Kaif
A flowy Ritu Kumar white gown with a tad bit of tan is all you need to look like a bohemian queen. Simple hair and makeup with a pop of red on the lips with antique jewellery makes this a must have outfit choice for those breezy summer evenings.

> Kiara Advani
Off-shoulders and florals in a jumpsuit make this a super trendy look for September. It is easy-breezy, can be dressed up and down and those strappy contrasting heels is giving me serious inspiration to colour block!

> Kangana Ranaut
Travel style never looked so good. Backless sporty tees have been all over stores and Kangana's oh-so-sexy look is making me go gaga. A colourful bralet which different patters is a must have for summer and of course, you can't d without some "kaala chashma" this season.

> Kendall Jenner at #NYFW
The one person that completely stood out for me was Kendall Jenner. My,my her style has really inspired me to include more floral pieces in my closet. Almost all of her appearances this week have included floral detailing. Kendall makes ever outfit look effortless from her bra let and bomber jacket street style to all glammed up off shoulder glam look.

>Siddharth Malhotra
Just how could I talk about best of fashion and not include Siddharth's filmfare shoot. I've loved all his looks from the shoot, but this one is personally my favorite. A denim suit with matching trousers with hems and them dior shoes.  The undone tie and black shirt just complete the look have got me crushing so hard!

>Athiya Shetty
Wit festivities around the corner, this one has been my ultimate favorite. Athiya Shetty wore one of my favorite designers, Anita Dongre for Ganpati and it couldn't be styled any better. The earrings, simple makeup and flats are a perfect example of dressing simple for festivals.

"Desire" by Dolce & Gabbana #Review

Hello readers, hope you're having a great friday! Those of you who follow me on Instagram ( @justjilanithingsblog ) *shameless self promotion* know that I recently bought the "Desire"  perfume and without a doubt I had to review it! I've really gotten myself into a fetish of perfumes and scents and on my recent trip to Sephora, I just found myself eyeing on these gorgeous perfumes. After loads of decision time, I finally settled for this one and after using it for almost two weeks, here's my review, enjoy!

For those of you who don't know, let's take you back a little into the history of Dolce & Gabbana. In 2006, they launched "The One" which was a widely popular fragrance. "Desire" is it's successor. Along with this perfume, I came across three more scents under the same label. The one very peculiar detail about each of these perfumes are it's unique composition and the fact that there is something for every personality.

Packaging:
What caught my eye in the very first glance was it's gorgeous packaging. Never have I ever looked at a bottle and drooled over how classy it looked! It is a black glossy rectangular bottle which says it's name in gold engravings. It is definitely not the most travel friendly bottle, but the fact that it was available in a rectangular box and that it is not made up of glass really helps.

Ingredients:
Mandarin, Lychee, Bergamot, Lily, Tuberose, Jasmine, Plum nector, Caramel, Sandalwood, Musk, Labdanum.

Fragrance:
The first few notes that hit me when I got a hint of this perfume were Feminine and Caramel! The scent is sultry with a hint of sweetness which is added because of the rich caramel, lily and Jasmine. It undoubtedly sets the mood for a Friday girls night out. Mandarin and Bergamot play the high notes and leave a long lasting impression. Since I am not the best at describing notes I am going to say this scent does it's best in captivating the feeling of "Desire" in the best way possible. My favorite part is that it is very wearable, soft and very versatile not just for different occasions, but also different ages.

All in all:
Dolce and Gabbana is a luxury brand, so I am going to be honest here. It's not something you can buy regularly and splurge on for an everyday look, but nevertheless it's ultra feminine yet sexy scent is one of a kind and highly recommend it for deep floral lovers.
4/5
